These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at sunrisefloridaepoxy.com and any services provided by Sunrise Florida Epoxy ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.
By accessing this website, submitting a contact or estimate request, or entering into a service agreement with Sunrise Florida Epoxy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of this site or our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Sunrise Florida Epoxy is a concrete flooring contractor based in Sunrise, FL. We provide residential and commercial concrete flooring services including, but not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polyaspartic floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, concrete resurfacing, pool deck coatings, and related surface preparation and sealing work.
Services are performed in Sunrise and surrounding Broward County communities. All work is performed by or under the supervision of licensed personnel. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates are provided in writing following an in-person site assessment. Verbal estimates or ballpark figures discussed prior to a site visit are not binding and should not be treated as a firm price. The final written estimate reflects the scope of work, materials, and labor assessed at the time of the visit.
If conditions discovered during the work differ materially from those observed during the initial assessment - such as hidden moisture issues, pre-existing damage beneath a surface coating, or structural deficiencies - we will notify you before proceeding with additional work and provide a revised written estimate. No additional work will be performed without your approval.
Prices are subject to change if project scope changes. Material cost increases beyond our control may affect pricing on projects that have a significant delay between estimate and start date.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability and project sequence. We will confirm your scheduled start date in writing. You are responsible for ensuring the work area is cleared and accessible by the agreed start date. If the space is not cleared and ready, we reserve the right to reschedule and may assess a trip fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred. Any deposits paid may be non-refundable in cases of late cancellation, as specified in your written agreement.
We reserve the right to delay or reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any such delays promptly.
Payment terms are outlined in the written project agreement provided prior to the start of work. A deposit may be required before scheduling or ordering materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your project agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue collection through all available legal means, including placing a lien on the property in accordance with Florida law.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment of the final invoice constitutes your acceptance that the work was completed as agreed, unless you have submitted a written notice of deficiency prior to making final payment.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be outlined in your written project agreement. Where a warranty is provided, it covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, physical abuse, modification by others, vehicle fluid spills left unaddressed for extended periods, or conditions that were disclosed to you prior to installation (such as elevated moisture levels that may affect coating adhesion). Warranty claims require written notice to us within the warranty period.
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Information on this site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of specific results.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sunrise Florida Epoxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and the existing floor conditions when requesting an estimate. Failure to disclose known issues - such as prior coatings, moisture problems, or structural concerns - may affect the outcome of the work and void any applicable warranty.
You are also responsible for clearing the work area before the scheduled start date, ensuring access to water and electricity if required for the job, and following all care and maintenance instructions provided after project completion.

We prefer to resolve disputes directly. If you have a concern about work we performed, contact us in writing at quotes@sunrisefloridaepoxy.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to address it before pursuing other remedies.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute through direct communication, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for this purpose.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Broward County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of this website or our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
